When Sony removed OtherOS, this happened:
Sony:My money is in danger. I'll have to kick all my customer's balls.
*Kicks our nuts*
Then Sony "apologized", and I felt like this:
Sony:My money is in danger. I kicked all my customer's balls. They're mad at me. What can I say?... I have the right to do so.
*Kicks our nuts again, with an evil smile in it's face.*
So really, Sony is just saying "Stop b**ching", and I'm not happy about it.
