PS3 Slim power switch

Hey, so I just got my PS3 slim working with psgroove and the first think I thought was its going to be a real pain unplugging and plugging in every time I want to restart or run the psgroove exploit.

Solution: Power switch from a faulty PS2, Spare power cable for ps3 (psx, ps2 and ps3 cables are all the same so will all work fine), small flat head screw driver, soldering iron, stanley knife, pliers, electrical tape .

So first open your faulty PS2 and remove the power switch (simply unplug and slide up), cut the wires attached at the white plug. Next use the small flat head screw driver to open the power switch, and remove the metal clips (will slide off after you push the release clip), remove the wire inside.

Cut the plug off your spare playstation wire and strip the plastic of about 1cm of each wire, thread the wire in to the metal clips and solder them down. Use the pliers to clamp the metal to the plastic covering.

Reassemble and use electrical tape to tape up and exposed wires. Test on a PSX or something cheap and crappy before you plug it in to your ps3 slim

Sorry for lack of pictures but its a pain to get them on my pc from my phone, also cant upload pics on here?
