I built the board and I think it's correct. But when I attach it to the arduino and connect to the PS3 via spliced USB, no lights flash or anything. In other words, when I plug my circuit/arduino into my ps3, it does not power on.

I have Ardunio Duemilnova ATMEGA328p board.

If anyone can see any major problems please let me know. This is my first circuit and I think I did it right, but it's possible i made many mistakes. I tried to layout things on the circuit as close to the schematics as possible.

For reference, when looking at the front facing image, the wires on the right hand side lead to the arduino, in the same order as the schematic.
