For those with Ipod issues (5g in my case)...
The timing of powering on the system was my problem. With the other payloads I have on my ipod all I had to do was have the ipod up and running and plugged in when powering up the system. However with this one you have to power up the system a little before the apple logo turns bright.
A video posted earlier shows the timing needed.
This threw me off for a bit, as with the other payloads there was no timing needed, and I would normally wait for rockbox to fully come up before turning on the system.
