This doesn't suprise me, because usually when sony patches the psn back in the days I was able to get thru with my original fifa 09 disc. I was even able to bypass sony toc by logging in inside fifa 09. Then after I signed back out it ask me to agree to the toc when I tried to sign in from xmb
