Hell no!
Spoofing 3.55 is actually completely worthless at the moment. Unless you're a complete idiot you're not going to "accidentally" update your console to 3.55. And spoofing doesn't now, or won't ever get you PSN access. (The only thing that could theoretically do that is a custom 3.55 firmware.)
I was impressed to see a 3.50 downgrader. That meant the hackers were (at the time) right in step with Sony's attempts to stop them. That hadn't happened since the psp days.
Once I saw that I knew I was never updating my console again.
Once I get my system backed up I'm going all the way down to 3.15 so I can get Linux back and I'll just spoof 3.50 to play all the games I want to play. Because if I can play games and run Linux again then the hell with PSN.
