i know this is the wrong place for this but the irc down and would appreciate some help

so i have installed geos cfw 3.55jb no probs installed the mednafen.pkg and snesx9.pkg no prob once i start any of them the screen goes black and just stays black i was on fw 3.50 then upgraded to 3.55 to install geos cfw 3.55jb any tips to get the emus working
