What a mess! Sony will stick by their terms of use and that pretty much states they can remove/add features at will. Saying they didn't think people would use it for the life of the console is downright stupid. I'm pretty sure anyone who had otheros and spent the time to get it running is not going to want it deleted at will. I too believe they took it out originally in response to the Geohot hack, they figured that over time otheros would provide an easier channel for hacking the system. So they aren't going to add it back in, ever.
