He is the king of hackers,or at least the most famous
I don't think they ever intended to win I think it is just a way to buy time to learn to combat this and prepare to release something else that has better security like what they are doing
If they lose they are probably just going to make psn pay to play like xbox
If they win the legal battles are just going to be nuts cuz of the grey area in the law
