External drive works fine, you select the HDD and from the list select usb (i've only tried a fat32 drive)
Edited last post too as the MKV I was trying was not a true 720p file. Tested a 1080p and 720p mvk's and they are playing incorrectly.

ok thanx for help.. but i tried 720p mkv from internal it worked very well.. tried it from external too played fine for me... whereas 1080p is not working.. it lags alot.. try from internal 720p should worl well..
