Shouldn't this "protection" service be provided for FREE without 'Enrollment'

Sounds like they want you to do it.

They are making us feel like it is our fault, there is no doubt about it. This entire letter felt crafted and was written by more that just stinger. I can care less about 'free subscription' , and screw free psn crap which hardly costs them anything.. far away from compensation.

where are my features or NEW FEATURES?
where is the competition against the xbox?
