A couple of days ago my son left my PS3 controller on the floor, as I ran into the kitchen I tripped on the said item, tumbled and almost broke my arm. Many thanks to this pilot as I am now going to call National Accident Claims and see if I can sue Sony (my sons only 6 so he ain't got bugger all money so suing him is out of the question!) I wonder if I have a case?
I know this guy must be retarded to bring a case like this to Sonys door but I want to know how retarded is his lawyer for taking the case!
