There is no way to report people on the PlayStation Network from the PS3, so nobody on your friends list (the only people who'd be able to see it) could get you banned. Sony would have to look at everybody's individual comment if they wanted to ban you, and this isn't significant enough for something like that to take place, IMO.
You most likely will not get banned.
