Yes, I forgot to mention that I did indeed double check my rom locations.
Although, had my roms been located twice in entirely different locations. That would have really blew my mind since all I did was perform a simple update
Which should not be moving anything around that is not located directly under the multiMAN directory.
Apart from that kind sir, I managed to get my problem fixed with a some help from Dean. Basically I just disconnected my USB HD while in MM and did a Refresh. Rebooted the ps3 and plugged in my USB HD to a different USB port and everything was back in working order.
