2) to select bosses and dlc, go to cyber cub zero and just go left, there will be the dlc's and bosses
3) normaly, you can use any character in nekroplis
4) yes but only Scorpion, Reptile and Sub Zero has classic fatality's

And here are some bugs:
like you cant use any boss in fatality tutorial, or
you can't View Character Bio for dlc, classic & bosses, unless you read the solution on first page.

since Skarlet dosn't have a alternative costume, modder DigitalOverdose i trying to create one Skarlet with blond hear, lol
update from DigitalOverdose:
so i modded the ps3-mk9game.ini for skarlet to see if i could implement the modded skarlet as a alt costume,although i managed that i can choose a costume2 for skarlet the loading screen will also freeze at 80%
which is the same for NPCs.
i used skarlet_b in the ini and renamed the modded file to skarlet_b
