Yes, for anyone that can't FTP browse to /dev_hdd0/game/HTSS00003/USRDIR/settings/settings/plugins/ within multiman or comgenie
Copy the 'watchtv' file to your USB stick
Open the file on your computer and use a text editor to change "website" "add address here"
Copy the file back over the original on your PS3.
