The answer to the 1st question is sadly you will need a donor modded ps3 that's spoofed to any firmware version to be able to do anything to a stock ps3, and yours is on 3.70 so as far as I know no homebrew still above 3.55.
As for the AC2, I don't know, as I don't play games, well only three driving games lol to know what your referring to so sorry unable to help on that one.
