I suggest that you update to kmeaw.

In any FULL package you'll find 'ebootFIX' tool/archive. There you'll find "package_finalize.exe". Just drag&drop multiMAN's pkg file to it and you'll get a signed version. Then later you can update online to get the latest or use the 'package_finalize' anytime you need to create a 'signed' package.
