I switched back to Cobra FW, but I have sad news about the ISOs made with multiMAN =(. When I tried to open them with Cobra manager this pops up:
This PS3 iso is invalid. It was probably dumped using linux. PS3 ISOs must be dumped using Cobra Manager.

Now I understand what you said about the encryption and such. Probably we will be able to do more when JFW DH is released.
I will continue doing research, this time I will copy one of the generated ISO by multiMAN to my PC and then I will verify it with AnyDVD HD and see if they have any kind of encryption, then I will compare with an ISO generated by Cobra.
EDIT: I have verified one of the PS3 ISOs dumped by multiMAN with ImgBurn and compared to an PS3 ISO made with Cobra's Genps3iso.exe tool. The ISO generated with multiMAN is
[ISO9660, Joilet, UDF 2.50][MODE1/2048] and the one made with Cobra's tool is
[ISO9660, Joilet][MODE1/2048] as you can see one is UDF 2.50, and the one generated with Cobra tool is not UDF 2.50.
I still have to transfer an ISO dumped by Cobra Manager from the PS3 to see if it have something special.
I mounted both ISOs with Alcohol 120%, and AnyDVD HD didn't provide any info related to protection, this because it seems the program only scan for protection if its a Movie / Video disc.
Im willing to switch back to Kmeaw for any future test if you need, is it possible to modify your ISO generation code to make the ISOs Non-UDF 2.50? maybe that's the problem with Cobra Manager not accepting them?.
SeeYa!
