Recently however, I've discovered that for some strange reason peoples various opinions on the matter fascinate me to the point of almost non stop study and research. (even though answers limited to such are more than welcome) There is only so much you can get from books and even less surprisingly from people you actually know who may be embarrassed to speak on every superstition that they follow. To keep it short and simple, has anyone seen, felt, smelled, or has come across information that has caused them to believe that there are things existing in a unknown that has yet to be discovered? Ghost, werewolves, nyan cat on real pop-tarts. Anything at all that has made you a believer in the unknown? Or on the flip side has lack of anything caused you to totally turn your back on the idea all together?

I certainly believe in the supernatural. In fact, I'll share some of my own personal experiences with you.
I've lived in my current house for 7 years(There's a date engraved into the concrete on my back porch, which dates back to the 1960's) Over the years, I have seen some pretty creepy stuff. lol
This happened a few years back, but nonetheless, it was one of the experiences I'll never forget. I was the only person awake at the time, and it was morning. For some odd reason, I couldn't sleep, so I decided to sit at my kitchen table for a while. I was reading a science magazine, when I started noticing things moving out of the corner of my eye. I didn't think anything of it at first, so I glanced over in the area where I saw movement. To my surprise, I saw my cabinets opening/closing very slowly on their own(All of them in different patterns) Of course, I didn't believe it at first...I thought, the house is old, maybe there's a breeze getting through somewhere.. But, when I looked outside, there was absolutely no signs of any wind gust at all. So, grasped in amazement, I continued to watch. Then, the cabinets started opening/closing at a faster pace, while at the same time not creating any noise. The activity appeared to be non-violent, So I decided to speak..(unaware of what to say at the time) I said.."Stop please"(after a while, it began to annoy me) Once I said this..All the cabinets opened very slowly, they remained open for a few seconds, then they all closed at once(AT THE EXACT SAME TIME) never happening again
Other then that, I've seen shadows of people/animals, feel like I am being watched sometimes and things will move on their own. As for the cabinets, I haven't seen any further activity.
