But yeah - most people will just download the games and play them. That is Piracy.

I understood that, but he is also saying that it shouldn't be labeled as piracy, when downloading them of the net is considered piracy, there is a huge difference between backing a game up yourself and downloading one of the internet.
If we allowed linking of those files on the forum, we could get into big trouble, because they are illegal.
