The 2.07.06 is just an update. You need to install first the FULL or BASE package before you install any update PKG.

download multiMAN 02.08.00 FULL or BASE from:
http://www.ps3hax.net/showthread.php?t=24701

you will need to install also the BDEMU2 (google to find it)
