I was able to reproduce the problem, what happens is that for some reason this version of multiMAN is not checking "dev_usb*/GAMEZ/" for backups.
To fix this rename the "GAME
Z" directory to "GAME
S" using the file manager or connecting your HDD to the PC. After refreshing the list everything should be there again
