You have to learn much more how to troubleshoot and report.

You never mentioned LV2 patcher.
Your tests were incorrect, because at one point your didn't use it, then you used it, then didn't..
Your report was incorrect, because PSX stuff works from 02.07.00 to 02.08.03 with FW 3.55 and multiMAN (with BDEMU).

I said numerous times already NOT TO USE the 'Assign Slot" function in the emulator, because it will freeze the PS3. The cards are already assigned (if you have them created in XMB), so you have no work there.
