Delete all Game Data you have for this game and "multiMAN".

Also, using DVDs to launch games acts as DIRECT-BOOT and it is not 100% successful, although has higher success rate than the hdd direct-boot mode.

The best way to have 100% games working off a DVD is to install a package file, created for that game, which launches the game from the disc.

The package (100KB) installs an icon in the XMB and you launch the game from there. By doing this the DVD game will get its proper ID and will work 100%. The best approach is to burn this PKG file on the DVD and have it for future reference when you wish to play the game on another console.

Before you ask: The pkg must be created for each game separately and it is not available at the moment, but I can add it to the EBOOT_FIX package/tools.
