I hope your kidding.... they were probably just experimenting to see how the emulator would work out. Believe it or not most companies don't announce everything they are working on and usually just keep it secret until it's ready for release just encase it fails miserably. Please stop the crazy conspiracy talk.

We DO NOT know how these games work... if these games are reprogrammed to work with the ps3 then that is nowhere near "roughly". They also do have a excuse... they NEVER promised being able to play ps2 games on the slim so don't act like they did and that you are entitled to it. You can still play ps2 games on the fat. Also you can't compare to the xbox360 as it based somewhat on the original xbox's hardware and not just a ps2 chip thrown on the board like the ps3 fat. Xbox360 also has a paid online service to help bring more production to the network such as patches.

It's so true that they are criminals and they know it to an extent that they even made the new TOS that in a nutshell forbids you to call them criminals in the public. All this in fear to uncover their dirtiest truth that they are aware of it. What are their crimes? Taking advertized features from the costumer and circumventing him of his consumer rights to enumerate some.

I agree they have some shady stuff in the TOS and EULAs but they aren't law and you don't have to agree to them. No one has a absolute entitled right to have access to psn or other features such as linux. It may have been a advertised feature at one point and time but the terms and conditions have always applied and it isn't something to be surprised about. Cellphone/cable/video game companies do this all the time.
