Only in "Direct Disc Access" mode after re-insertion of PSX disc you would see the old-black-PSX-icon steady. But there is no need for that.

I have noticed that if you enabled the "Direct Disc Access", the Copy option is disabled when you press
for the BD game (PS3), but the Copy option when you enter to Game Settings stays enabled.
Fading Star/PSX icon seems to have a weird behavior on different scenarios (depending if you start multiMAN with or without a disc or if you eject and reinsert the disc): sometimes it appears static (the old-black-PSX icon), sometimes it fades, sometimes it fades even if there is not a disc inserted, other times it doesn't show at all. I had a couple of freeze trying it (the off button didn't work).
I just wanted to give you the feedback... so far it is working fantastic!!
