It is never a good idea to remove PS3 system-generated files like the thumbnails for the XMB Video (.STH/.MTH). If you don't like the sony-generated .STH (which are JPG files) - just use your own and rename to .STH.
And - no - I didn't remove support for other covers. Covers must be named after the movie with .jpg or .png extension (
lowercase only!).
