Noone can actually state what percentage (if it can be quantified as a percentage?) of our brains we use at any given time as it really is a network of electrical impulses and chemical storage which alter on an infinitesimally small time scale.
I know some of the basics about it as it did become quite a personal thing for me when I had an accident many years ago, and parts of my brain had to basically 're-wire' themselves (Probably the reason why I am strange HeeHee).
