Lovely, giving you your details to yet another group of people.

I would recommend that people not use this service, they may be posting your opt out letters for free, but they'll be making a nice sum from selling your details onto other companies. This is of course an assumption, but most likely a correct one.

So to get away from all this crap, if you have a kid, or nephew/niece, or even a neighbour's/friend's kid; get them to accept the agreement for you. Since they are underage the agreement cannot be held up in court, and if you do find yourself in court fighting about it well you have a kid who'll confirm they agreed to it, not you; and also there is no way $ony can prove it was you anyway, it's not like they had a camera video tape you agreeing to it :P

Now unless $ony bribe the kid with lots of games, their TOS will fall flat.
