I have a PS3 which is not on any network and a portable hard drive of 1 TB. I can get my Portable to work (under certain circumstances involving very accurate plug in time

) but i cant get the movies on it to come to my main PS3 XMB videos section. The XMB videos are stored in a wierd way , somewhat like those in an IPod. If i use Showtime, it often complains that the "CPU is too slow to decode the video"

Can anyone please tell me how to copy the video file FROM THE FILE MANAGER to a proper place where they will be detected in the main PS3 video section? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
