Yes... put the disc in your PC and copy it.

If you want to copy the disc to your PS3 (int/ext) you'll need latest multiMAN (02.09.01+), go to XMMB Settings -> press [TRIANGLE] -> Enable Direct Disc Access and then you can copy the files using the File Manager.
