I've been playing Dark Souls, but fail to see the appeal that I had with Demon's Souls. Demon's Souls was almost perfect in every aspect. This game just isn't the same.
The kingdom of Boleteria was a much more interesting lore IMHO. Plus, I don't really care for this new modern-esque "lets scrap home town" jazz. I liked having the Nexus. The bonfire concept just seems so empty to me.
It might just be me, but Demon's Souls had the originality that Dark Souls doesn't. It seems like they just repackaged Demon's Souls, and sold it to a larger market to me...
Just my opinion though...
