Nononono DO NOT do that! The northbridge chip heatspreader on the BC models is stuck to the PCB with silicon glue like the Cell, but also with thermal adhesive directly on the die. You're likely to damage it if you try removing it. Also, AFAIK, the thermal adhesive on the northbridge die doesn't really matter, although I'm not 100% sure.
