No ITS NOT going to lead only to piracy.
Without the keys, we cant decrypt any of the new .self and .sprx files inside a OFW over 3.55. Without them we cannot see for example what did they change on the ps2 emu files...
Yet another reason why 3.55 starts to get rusty, inevitably.
It starts to get old even on developing side, the first time that developers and ps3 scammers will agree. 
If only someone could decrypt those files, even without leaking how he did it...

The scene doesn't have anymore competent high skilled talented devs to be honest. Developers are mostly scared and unwilling to take any risk. Sony's security departement surely got a raise
