Does anyone even know that exists ? Looks on PS store & search PS2 you will find ps2 format, data/software you can download. I think you can format your PS3s hard drive with it & run only PS2 games. Maybe that can help devs 2 understand how to run ps2 games on the ps3 with the format software from PS store ? That would be awesome PS1+PS2+PS3+BLU RAY+multiMAN Backups
I think all PS3s can play PS2 games we just don't know it yet. Mabey you can get it from main site also ..

Firmware 3.55
DO NOT recognize the data type of PS2 classics and you
CANNOT fix that in any way. It's a feature added secretly/silently on firmwares after 3.55.
