Guys correct me if im wrong on this...

I have been reading all these posts like non-stop! like others im on 50/50

If i remember correctly, didnt DH FW that was soon to be released talked about finding ways to play new games (FW 3.60+) to work with his cfw without needing the new keys?
This meant that he and the team found a way to patch these new games. Im wondering if its possible that he or other devs contacted people overseas to make this dongle so he will not get a lawsuit like geohot. My opinion is he wanted to avoid lawsuit so he thought its better for others to release it. I just find it shaddy cuz there wasnt any leaked information. If a new dongle comes out soon that has new ps3 keys in there, then i will come to conclusion, after reading at other scenes and posts, that No-One and DH & crew worked with some overseas companies to release their work to try avoiding lawsuits..
