you already have a leaked version that is proof enough also you can read what moogie posted on his twitter https://twitter.com/#!/moogie301/sta...72591440130048 saying that it would be released in a couple of days(eg to work out the bugs :P). just say thanks to moogie and move on if you don't understand.
