Maybe, if anyone with the knowledge to edit the eboot compare this eboot with the original, be possible to discover what was changed from one to another. And perhaps found a solution for other games and updates, making the same change.

nope this is Debug eboot that signed with 3.55
there is a Retail eboot that signed with 3.70+ which cant be decrypted
