I installed another non-otheros++ CFW and used almost every option in recovery menu. I also formated HDD in my PC a few times.

PC should format the whole drive because the PC can't recognize the PS3 partitions...
Drive =500 GB
Formatted = 465 GB
Indexing PS3 File system about 10% = +/- 422 GB
This is how it should be with only GameOS...
