I have done everything so far, every PSARC. File was converted to a folder with the PSARC.EXE after that i deleted all PSARC files.
And after that i tryed to open the Game and the Games have an Unlimited loading screen! (the Ring is Circling unlimitedly)
Why? here is an Picture How it Looks :
i have replaced the USDIR folder from the Game with the one from the FIX folder!
thats mean EBOOT and such things are all replaced!
so what did im wrong?

THIS NEEDS TO BE SPREAD ALL OVER THE FORUMS WHO ARE HAVING THIS PROBLEM, I THOUGHT THT WAS WHAT IT WAS,
YOUR NOT DELETING THE PSARC.EXE PROGRAMME AND THE OTHER FILE, ZLIB.NET, IT WAS ONLY USED FOR PROCESSING THE PSARC FILES
