if you're using psarc, you don't have to split the files. psarc extracts the file to a folder. since fat32 does not like a file to be over 4gig, everything that is in the folder is smaller than 4gig so it doesn't matter how big the folder is, as long as there is no file bigger than 4 gig, you have no worries. i'm sorry if you may know all this but this is for those who don't know. i hope the explanation helps.

ps the file from the first fix will be replaced when you merge the folders from the fix. no need to delete.
