For Another World, Eric Chahi, the creator of this beautiful game, is still very vigilant regarding to remake engines. As the data files are his own property, i prefer not to include them.
Flashback follows the same logic.
I know it's not very pleasant to have to transfer data files via FTP, but it is still possible to create your own pre-packed pkg from source by copying the required data files in the "data" folder before compiling and building the pkg (that's what i do personally).
