Actually it looks to me like it was an intentional leak.
He gave it to an other person, he leaked it, so he won't get sued by Sony if something happen that pissed them off.
The way that this leaked, anonymously and out of blue and the speed that Math responded to it is just a near to perfect evidence that this is a fact.
