Yes maybe some kids should not play games but C'mon This, this really annoys me what went wrong that people have to say or do such stupid things?
No doubt, the behavior of most children now days is a little extreme. However, it isn't just the parents who have molded their children this way. It is also the result of various government agencies (cps, etc...). When I was young, if I acted up I would have gotten my ass whooped for doing so. Nowadays if a parent even threatens to spank their children they can be reported to and investigated by child protective services (yes, I have personally witnessed this happen to various people I know).

All this does is show our children there are no consequences for their behavior, after all, what can their parents "actually" do to them... right. Obviously, when you are young and have no consequences, when you grow up into young adult hood (teens), many could very well have this same mentality that their actions will not have very severe consequences.

Anyone linking the actions of these people to the fact that they were purchasing a "violent" video game, and acted out in a violent way that is portrayed in the video game is an obvious tool that believes everything the media reports. These same actions could have resulted from just about anything a child wanted.

Just my two cents...
