Prison rules football is like rugby but without the guards, not so much in the way it is played (were talking AFL here) but more that you can throw in an elbow (no face) trip, push, hip 'N shoulder, shove, wrestle etc. essentially really really ruff sport. trust me after a few beers and good mates you all endup pretty sore next day. if no fights start
