Why do you need to cheat in this game so badly. If you need tablets - get to the casino and play in the arena. You will get the needed money easily. Learn not to cheat - it is plain lame....
But if you want to know about modding the save file - I doubt you will be able so because save files are encrypted. So unless you have some programming skills and understand what you are doing - don't bother with it anyway
