I love PS3 for the homebrew, the easy 2.5inch hdd upgrade capability and the blu ray playback. Also Im a long time fan of the console owned each one bla bla bla...
But as for the Xbox, if your an online gamer, its the console to have HANDS DOWN. Even though its not free its worth it. Plus I dont care what anyone says : Im not saying the PS3 control sucks...but I am saying the Xbox controller is the better one for FPS titles. Then again I cant stand the thought of playing Metal Gear Solid on a 360 controller.
This is why I am really enjoying the current generation of consoles. Theres more than just one console worth buying with the possibility of enjoying them both (Only thing I liked about the original Xbox was the Oddworld series). You cant compare them because they're different consoles for different gamers and both have their unique upsides. Love it
I will say this though. 720 I will get on launch. PS4...I'll wait to see how Sony plays that one for about a year after launch before I consider getting one. Sorry Sony but you've earned it
