I think everyone is missing the fundamental reasons why Math wont release anything, ever. When Sony took geo and graf to court, the people donated on they're behalf for they're defense. They did this because on some level people loved both of these guys.

Btw, German laws are different to other European countries. I don't think Sony can do in France what they did in Germany....
