The type of the copyright for such software is not protected after 10 years (complicated to explain but you can check it on the net) so it's OK to be posted.
They need to renew the copyrights for it to be illegal.
Copyright 2001, 2002, so by your ten year figure, the copyright would still be in force, making it illegal.
